Komprise hires a new batch of engineering interns in our Bangalore office every year. The interns, hailing from top engineering colleges across India, must take a coding test and go through technical interviews with our senior engineers. After they have received their degree, many of our interns transition to a full-time role with Komprise. Here’s a bit about our class of 2026.
Shivang Gulati
Why Komprise?
I knew that companies deal with massive volumes of data, but Komprise made me think: “How do companies manage their data, and where and how do they store it efficiently while keeping their costs low?” That curiosity is what drew me in, because everything at Komprise revolves around data analysis and management.
What are your career goals and interests?
I have worked on three research papers so far, covering time-series forecasting, OpenCV, and AI-driven IoT. I also interned with IIITDM, where my research focused on malware detection. My long-term career goal is to contribute to the creation of sustainable technology.
For fun?
Outside of work, I write, compose, and produce music, and I enjoy going on wildlife photography expeditions. I’m also into the gym and playing squash. There’s no better way to conclude the day than a long night drive with good music playing in the background.
Ayush Sinha
Why Komprise?
I was interested in the Komprise internship because of the real-world problem it addresses: helping organizations manage and derive value from unstructured data at scale. What stood out to me was the opportunity to work on meaningful, end-to-end features and see how my contributions could directly affect the product.
For fun?
In my free time i love watching and playing cricket with friends. You can also find me binge-watching TV series, exploring content related to military aviation, or just hanging out with my friends doing absolutely nothing!

Why Komprise?
I wanted to understand the real-world impact of the Komprise solutions and the scale at which they operate. Through this internship, I look forward to learning extensively, developing both professionally and personally, and making a meaningful contribution. I am eager to gain hands-on experience, learn from the team and embrace this exciting new chapter.
For fun?
I enjoy playing badminton and watching web series and anime.
Aditya Vinod
Why Komprise?
Komprise stood out to me during campus placements because it was the only company focused purely on data management. That felt like a unique learning opportunity and something I hadn’t explored before.
What are your career goals and interests?
Prior to this, I worked as a backend developer at Tacitine where I handled a lot of database access and data-related logic. That experience made me curious about how data is managed at a larger systems level, which made Komprise an especially interesting place to intern. I hope to grow into an engineer who can take ownership of complex infrastructure components, someone who not only works on features but also understands and improves the underlying systems those features depend on.
For fun?
When I’m not working, I enjoy playing games and going on long drives to unwind.
Jitendra Rathod
Why Komprise?
I was interested in the Komprise internship because it gave me an opportunity to start my career in a company that works on real-world enterprise data and storage solutions. I wanted to understand how large-scale systems actually work.
What are your career goals and interests?
Right now, my focus is on building strong fundamentals and understanding real-world systems deeply. In the long term, I aim to become a strong QA engineer with solid expertise in automation, manual testing, and system validation.
For fun?
Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies and playing games. I like playing cricket, chess and volleyball.
