Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced UI Engineer for our Bangalore location who is keen on developing the next generation cloud-based data management SaaS platform. We are looking for someone who is motivated to work in a dynamic environment with the latest technologies. Key Responsibilities:
• Application Development: Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js, building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code, reviewing UX and negotiating technical concerns with multiple stakeholders.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers, leveraging tools like Lighthouse to measure and improve web performance.
• State Management: Manage application state using React’s context, hooks, and Redux for complex state management scenarios.
• API Integration: Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the client and server.
• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and debug and troubleshoot application performance issues.
• Software Development Methodology: Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies, best practices, and participate in monthly tech talks with the front-end team.
Qualifications:

Core Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, Webpack, and JavaScript with a solid understanding of CSS and front-end build pipelines.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn), and Node.js. Knowledge of React Toolkit and Server-Side Rendering (SSR) is a plus.
• Ability to write performant, maintainable code and optimize front-end applications for scale.
• Extremely strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, and product stakeholders.
• Education: BE or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in front-end/UI development.
